Construction PROGRESSING
Construction is progressing at Terrain at Walton Creek, with homes on track for Winter 2026/2027 completion. Buyers can reserve residences before completion and select from curated interior finish packages.
Terrain at Walton Creek has reached its first milestone, with two of the eight residences now under contract and four of the remaining six residences released to the market. With construction well underway and pricing from $1,875,000, Terrain is one of the few new construction residential projects in the ski area set for completion this winter, not after a multi-year build timeline.
